What is the bartender tip for a Blossom Cocktail?

Booze On The Rocks: 60 ml dry gin, 90 ml orange juice, 7.5 ml grenadine, and 30 to 60 ml tonic. Shake the base; do not build it like a Gin & Tonic. Fresh juice; carton works, but it tastes flatter. Grenadine is a splash — more than that gets cloying. London Dry; a very floral gin disappears behind the orange. Ice-cold tonic; if the glass is already sweet, soda water covers it better. Lemon-lime soda turns it into a different drink. It is not the Gin & Tonic (no juice, no grenadine), the Tequila Sunrise (tequila, gradient in the glass), or the Garibaldi (Campari and orange, no gin).
