FAQ

What is in a More Supreme?

A More Supreme is made with 45 ml aged agricole rum (or UBD Brazilian Rum Engenho), 22.5 ml lime juice, 15 ml simple syrup, 7.5 ml Campari, Ice and Black pepper.

Is a More Supreme strong?

A More Supreme is spirit-forward: little mixer, and the alcohol shows.

What is the bartender tip for a More Supreme?

An agricole rum daiquiri with the Campari kept out of the shaker: it goes on last, slowly, and stays on the surface. UBD Brazilian Rum Engenho is the one in the video; aged agricole rum covers it. White rum tastes thin and loses the cane. Lime, not lemon. 1:1 syrup; the Campari is already bitter, so no extra bitters. Double strain into a cold glass. The black pepper is ground to order, on top — it does not go in the shake. It is not the catalog Daiquiri (white rum and grenadine at the bottom), the Dry Daiquiri (Campari in the shake, white rum, and passion fruit syrup), or the Negroni (gin, vermouth, and Campari, stirred).
