What is the bartender tip for a Cabrélico?

Coffee and hazelnut reinforce each other on the finish; stirring opens up the palate and takes the heaviness off the liqueurs. Any hazelnut liqueur works in place of Frangelico. Thyme is for aroma, not flavor: one slap of the sprig before it goes in the glass is enough. Great for a chilly late afternoon.
